How your photo is handled
Your photo goes from your phone to the scoring server over an encrypted connection. The server finds your landmarks — ear, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle — measures the angles, and produces your score.
The photo is deleted the moment that score is produced. It is never saved: the scoring server holds it only for the seconds it takes to measure, then wipes it, so there is nothing kept, backed up, or leak-able afterward. If the connection drops mid-scan, the retry re-sends the photo from your phone, because the server no longer has it.
What’s kept is the numbers: your score, the measured angles, the exercises chosen for your plan, your browser details, and anything you type in the feedback box. None of that can be turned back into a picture of you. Your photo is never used to train or improve the model or anything else. The numbers are kept for 45 days so a 30-day re-scan has something to compare against. After that a cleanup job on the server deletes the whole record — score, angles, plan, feedback, the folder itself. It runs on the server’s heartbeat rather than a stopwatch, so a scan goes within hours of its 45th day, not on the exact minute.
One more record, so nothing is hidden: when you tap Use this, the 18+ acknowledgement is logged with the time, your connection’s IP address, and your browser details. That is the consent record. It lives in a separate log as proof the acknowledgement was given, so it is the one thing that outlives the 45 days — the cleanup does not touch it. It is the same for everyone and it is never joined to an email unless you type one.
No account is created. No email is collected unless you type one on the result page to get your plan. It’s stored in its own file with your scan number, your score, and the IP address you sent it from — the record that you asked for the emails — and used for two of them: your plan right away and one re-scan reminder in 30 days. Nothing else unless you tick the separate “new free tools” box, and every email has a one-tap unsubscribe. That line is deleted by the same 45-day cleanup as your numbers, so after that there is nothing left to mail. The one exception: if you unsubscribe, your address stays on a do-not-email list, because that is the only way to keep honouring it.
No human looks at your photo. The only thing I, Andre, can ever see is the numbers. If you use Send to someone, the link carries your score, never the photo.
I’m a posture coach, not a doctor. This is a posture score, not a medical assessment, and it will never tell you anything about pain, injury, or diagnosis. 18+ only.
